The garage they run is GARBAGE. Damaged my car. Giant footprint on my passenger seat. Terrible management and customer service. SHAME ON YOU for running any business this way.

They own a valet garage, and damaged my car. Said they would pay me back and did not follow through. The management and John Sarmiento has been ignoring me ever since!

I am very impressed with Algin Management. Pola is an incredible agent. Fantastic customer service and incredibly patient and helpful. It was my first time apartment searching in New York, and I toured 10 different buildings with different management companies. Algin was the best company by far, and Pola was the best agent. I would highly recommend both Algin and Pola to anyone apartment searching in NYC! 10/10!

This is my honest review in regard to my dealings with Algin Management over the years. I live in their building at 5611 94th Street, for 40 years. They have been for the most part decent landlords. I have dealt with Mrs. Maria Shah over the years. She has always been courteous and helpful. Yes I have had repairs made that haven’t been great because the worker is lazy and just does a mediocre job. But it’s up to us tenants to speak up and make the landlord aware so the issue can be rectified. My unit is still currently pending some big repairs. I have lived in many apartments across NYC and my experience with Algin has by far been the best. We have lived in their upper east side building for three years and expect to be here for many years to come. Everyone who works here is so nice, friendly and helpful. Our doormen and maintenance people are always super helpful and the leasing office is easy to work with and quick to respond. When our brother was moving to NYC we referred him to Algin and Diana was so kind and showed him many great apartments. We rarely have any maintenance issues but the one time we did, the super was here the sa…

My husband and I worked with Diana to find our perfect apartment together. The building is a bit older but I wouldn’t let that deter you from looking here. The community of people has been amazing. The Doormen are truly fantastic and feel like family. We have lived here for three years and would never consider moving to another building in the city!

I've lived here for 3 years and it was taken probably 10 off of my life. The security here does not exist, the doormen play on their phones all day, and will allow you to be abused in your apartment with no help whatsoever. I have had an intolerable noise echo from the walls of my apartment from the restaurant beneath me for over a year. Management lied and said they fixed it, I take videos of the noise every night. On top of that, they don't have an issue with domestic violence in their units...very strange. Truly a dangerous place to live for a very high price, hard to believe these people a…
