Tiianna Irvin is the best property manager imaginable. Great experience living with Applied, really nice units with great value for the cost. Tiianna was by far the best manager I've ever experienced and was extremely helpful with all things ranging from lease, apartment rates, maintenance, and anything that came up. She is responsive, helpful, kind, and makes Hoboken feel like home.

I have lived under Applied Management for almost 3 years now and it has been a very great experience! Jeff is helpful, knowledgeable, and response very quickly to get work orders done.

Jeff A worked on two separate maintenance requests for us, and I cannot put into words how incredibly helpful and professional he is. He recaulked our shower and it looks stunning. He was here for hours scrapping off the old caulk and then resealed it. That was about two months ago and it still looks brand new. Recently, he was able to fix our baseboard heating that required 3 visits in order to finally fix. He was able to bring in “the big dogs” (as he stated, lol) to help finally fix the issue. Living in this building has been a wonderful experience. The location is excellent, just two blocks from the waterfront and with multiple convenient transportation options to New York City. The apartment has a great layout with excellent natural sunlight and very little noise, making it a comfortable and peaceful home. I have lived in various applied housing apartments. But for the past 4 years, I have lived in the Bloomfield building., My duplex is my favorite place to come home to. The applied building management staff is the best. Instant maintenance repairs, clean buildings, and our operations manager, Daily Soler was so helpful in finding our apartment. The location in Hoboken and price that we pay is not even comparable. Reasonable, fair, and affordable. I would live there forever if I could.

I recently took over a lease in one of the Applied Housing Management buildings. Not only is the apartment lovely and in a great location but the management team, specifically Daisy Soler, is great. She was so informative and helpful throughout the lease adjustment period and made the experience seamless!

I’ve really enjoyed living in an apartment managed by Applied Management. I’m only moving out because of a changing roommate situation but my experience here has been great. I’ve had a great experience with Applied Management Housing in Hoboken, especially thanks to Jeffrey Arroyo and the front office team. Anytime I’ve had an issue with my apartment or needed a work order completed, they’ve handled it quickly, professionally, and with great communication. I have always had excellent customer service with Applied Housing. The maintenance staff are excellent as well: anytime I've had an issue whether it be a leaky faucet or installing a new refrigerator, the staff have always been very pleasant and timely. As a main contact for any questions regarding policies and service, Daisy S. is excellent. Applied housing is one of the best affordable housing development/market between there staff in the office and there maintenance team that is ran by Giovanni Garcia which I believe has lived in applied for over 5 years himself. Whenever I reach out to Giovanni his response is fast & efficient he takes care of the issue thoroughly & quick as possible. Me and my family have been lifelong renters of Applied Housing. I grew up.on 13th str . Applied Housing management is one of a kind ,second to none! Always ready to tackle any issue that any tenant could have I also want to give a big thank you the to Gio Vega and Fabio for tackling this major job that I needed in my apartment. I have been living in Applied since my son was 13. I love living here. The buildings are always clean and well taken care of. I had the best experience with the Property Manager, Giovanni Garcia and his assistant Orlando Martinez, from the Hoboken Apartments. I spoke to Giovanni about a broken microwave in my elderly aunt's apartment. He was kind, efficient and followed up promptly. These two men are assets to this apartment complex.

Our apartment is spacious and in a great location. Good value given the current state of renting. Maintenance is quick to respond, and staff has been helpful when needed. Our property manager, Daisy, has been especially helpful and kind.

Me and my wife have been renting here for seven years and we are super happy with Applied Housing and the unit. The apartment’s location is great, very convenient whether you take the bus to NYC, downtown HBKN or if you commute by Ferry. There are several stores and good restaurants close, but far enough to provide privacy and a quiet environment. Building is always tidy, clean and it has its own laundry room, which is helpful. I've lived with Applied for 5 years and have thoroughly enjoyed my experience. The buildings are safe. Units are cleaned up by management before new tenants move in. Most of the buildings have high quality washing machines. Rent increases are reasonable and manageable. The management team is wonderful and very easy to work with. Overall, it is a great value for the price.

I have lived in applied companies since their existence. I must say, I never had any problems, whatsoever. The condition of the apts are second to none. Regarding maintenance, they have a great team! I call the office for any situation that arises and from the beginning and until after job completion, their professionalism for what they do is commendable.

They were amazing! My father and I were struggling to find a place, and in the city of Hoboken, the prices are outrageous! Applied was swift and so personable. I have lived in an Applied Building all my life and have never ever had a problem. If I need maintenance to take care of something its done before I even get home from work (as long as you give permission to enter) the people in the office are always nice and very helpful. I'm very satisfied.

I have lived in the applied buildings since I was born and one thing I will say, the maintenance staff and the 24 hour service is stellar. I never have to wait more than a day for a repair. Apartments are huge as well and very convenient!

I’m so happy to be out of the hell of that management company. Not only are they trying to make a buck every second they can but their “service” sucks. Jackie is the biggest see you next tuesday you will meet. Not only is she rude the minute you call but doesn’t even listen to what you’re asking, just does as she pleases. Then when you do get connected with whomever you’re looking for they don’t even know what’s going on and have to get back to you with the most suspicious response because they want to find a way to make a buck off the request you’re making. I am about to move out of Apartment 5A at 450 5th St. I have had issues with mice and American cockroaches coming into the Apartment for the duration of the lease. The walls underneath the heaters are too thin to keep the mice from making holes in the walls. The exterminators will come, fill a hole with steel wool, then leave me with some glue traps. His most recent visit was the most upsetting because he lied to me saying he checked the apartment for more holes and it was sealed but it was not.
