ARTEX Management Company does an excellent job maintaining our condominium The building is always spotless, the floors are shiny and well cared for, and the property is beautifully maintained for the summer they even added gorgeous flower pots at the entrance, making the building look fresh and welcoming. Their attention to detail and commitment to keeping the property in top condition is greatly appreciated. Thank you for all your hard work!

They ran my mom's building and they were ok. Some of the people they sent for repairs were the issue tho.

Manages our property to the highest level, all nyc if full of rats, but Artex is head on, we have no rats, the place is super clean, excellent staff.

Choosing artex management was the best choice I made in my real estate life this took away from me so much unnecessary stress the tenants are happy I'm not dealing with the problems I'm not getting calls with complaints now I can use my time and resources to do more and grow my business, Thank you artex for the great job I would recommend everyone big or small to hire artex

BEWARE!!! DO NOT RENT FROM THEM! UNSAFE, young women stay away. Had multiple thefts and an attempted break-in and management did nothing, not even providing security footage from the day, claiming it's "not their responsibility". Landlord has all heating on electrical so YOU have to pay for it. Expect $500-$800 bills all winter. The walls are paper thin, so even paying all of that for heat, your apartment will still be cold. Poor management and communication. I have not received my security deposit. Delayed and unprofessional responses. Do not rent here. Small rooms high con ed bills. Extremely high rent. They play games, do not recommend

I feel as though even 1 star is generous. We moved out on August 31st, and by law our deposit should’ve been returned within 14 days. Weeks later, we’re still waiting! with management now saying payment won’t come until October 1st, hiding behind excuses about “funding issues.” If tenants paid rent late, we’d face fees immediately, yet they feel fine delaying thousands owed. So don’t be shocked if you experience the same problem if you decide to rent a property under this management. Unprofessional, unacceptable, and also good luck ever getting a hold of Annie or Nathaly.

Artex Team, I'm writing this review to thank you for your quick response to my leak under the kitchen sink, from when I reported the issue to elsa it was just breeze I got a quick reply from the online ticketing system and updates with a schedule when the tech will come out to fix it, even a text reminder that the tech is enroute, Tom arrived same day, he did an awesome job fixed the leak and left the place clean, this is property management at its best! you guys are awesome. And i appreciate your service, highly recommend!

I have been living under Artex Management for over 10 years, all I can say is thank God for such a Management, they are so responsive Every request I ever submitted got handled promptly, and I truly appreciate that, especially when I had an after hours emergency, and they called me back quickly and helped resolving the situation, Thanks for all your help.

I've been living here for 2 years & I'm going to move due to the fact that my neighbor in my building broke my door an entered my home an management does not want to do anything about it. They basically have "favorites" mostly the people that work for the office. I wouldn't recommend anyone to live in these complex

Would give no stars if I could. Terrible management company and just want to warn other potential renters. The rep we worked with Annie would talk in circles and never give a clear answer. She would give different information to my roommates then me etc. There was no building upkeep either. They tried to change the lease terms and rent rate after we already agreed to set terms for the lease. We inquired about subletting and were told by Annie "they do not allow subletting." Then we were told by one of tenants in the building they also owned directly behind ours, that she was subletting and the…

Annie and her team are the worst ever. This was my worst living experience in the United States. I felt unsafe and they withheld money for almost a month after I moved out. They also attempted to raise our rent by $1000 dollars, But when they were showing the apartment they were telling the potential tenants a waaay lower price. Very dirty business.

The reviews with 5 stars are all fake so, accept a lease with this company at your most severest RISK. This is but one of several fraudulent "beard" companies the property owner Joel Redek, owns. Every year, the "management" your building is under will change. Great management company that treats their tenants with respect.

Coming from a different management. Just moved in in 1 of there apt. Process was so smoothly and easy although there were two minor issues that I mentioned to them and it was taken care of in the same day I wish my old management would have been so on top of things like they are so I wouldn't have to go through this moving process I highly recommend anyone that needs to relocate to make sure that their property is managed by Artex ......

Best management! Especially the building manager!! No garbage nor clutter lying around, periodically cleaning all yards, courts, common areas and common / utility rooms, the property is always spotless and shmekedig, the best thing we did by choosing this management company.

Highly recommend, I have never seen such a good management, any issues I had in my apartment I had service the same day I notified them, They are taking care of any issue, even if it's just a small issue, If anyone is looking for an apartment just make sure your apartment is under artex management.

Bad management, they don't fix anything on time. They keep bugging around a rent increase yet haven't changed my smoke alarms since I made my request 3 months ago. 🙃
