Atlantic Management has been extremely unprofessional and unreliable. None of the company supervisors ever seem to visit or properly oversee the building, and the staff they send are not adequately managed. The financial reports are confusing and unclear, making it very difficult for owners to understand where the money is going. Transparency is seriously lacking. Atlantic Management has been extremely disappointing and difficult to work with. They purchase unnecessarily expensive insurance policies that the building does not appear to need, putting a financial burden on owners without clear justification. The financial statements are not clear at all, making it very hard to understand how money is being managed. Transparency is seriously lacking. They are also rude and dismissive when communicating with owners. HOA fees have increased uncontrollably, with little to no explanation. On top of that, they do not listen to owners’ concerns and often come across as rude and dismissive. It is frustrating to deal with a company that shows so little respect for the people they are supposed to serve. I would not recommend Atlantic Management to any community.

It has been a total nightmare to deal with these people. They have increased HOA fees to 300%, making it impossible for some home owners to pay. They are stealing from the owners! STAY AWAY!!!!

Sara at Atlantic Management has been a true gift for our small building in Jersey City. In one year alone she managed the replacement of a leaking roof, repair of water damage from the roof leak, repainting all of the hallways in our building, fixing a very annoying fire alarm system that had been going off randomly for years, replacing & upgrading our door buzzer system with a new system that enables us to buzz in cat sitters and delivery people through our cell phones (which is an incredible feature for those of us who travel). We’ve had Atlantic for 3 years and they are great! Sara is very attentive to owners needs and always makes great recommendations and gets the job(s) done! Highly recommend!

Bad management. Tenants do what they want. Some tenants can’t complaint against owners because each apartment is owned by different landlord. I can’t wait to get out.

Poor communication and slow response times made dealing with this management company frustrating. Maintenance requests often took too long to be addressed, which negatively affected the overall living experience.

Pretty poor management office, packages get stolen with proof of building video footage and all they say is I am very sorry. videos provided from the own building and they still can't do anything and won't do anything.

Stay far away from this management company. Takes forever for repairs to get fixed, they get ppl to patch things up which causes a bigger issues, gotta wait for approvals after the issue was reported a month ago. I hope the higher ups such as Akiva Kohn, Joseph Rosenberg, or Larry Silverman see this review so they know what’s going on and how it’s affecting the tenants. La puerta principal está dañada y se roban los paquetes. El súper Juan Hidalgo lo que te dice es que él no tiene la cámara en su celular y que tú eres responsable de tu paquete. Horrible Experience with Atlantic Management - Unresolved Mice Infestation and Terrible Customer Service I would rate Atlantic Management zero stars if I could. My experience living in the apartment on Palisades Avenue in Cliffside Park was nothing short of awful. I had to move out within three months due to a severe mice infestation.
