Bassett Property Management oversees two rental properties owned by our church. They do a fantastic job securing tenants that are respectful & reliable. They manage the security deposits. They identify projects needed to keep our properties functional & attractive. They manage rental collection and keep payments timely. Their reporting system makes it very clear what monies will be received each month. We value our relationship with Bassett Property Management.

Rick was instrumental in helping us rent and eventually sell our property. He and his entire team were responsive, communicative, personable, and always helpful! Would absolutely recommend!

Living out of state, I depended on Rick and his team to completely represent my commitments during the sale of my property. I locked myself out of the apartment in the morning, they were quick to get out here before the day started to get too hot. The service has been very quick and responsive

I had an issue with my gas stove where it stayed on even after turning it off. I sent them a video explaining the problem, and they responded immediately! The very next day, a technician came with the serial number details, replaced the switch quickly, and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. Excellent customer service and super fast response. Highly recommended!

I had a great experience renting from this management company. I lived in one of their properties for almost a year, and the house was beautiful and well maintained. Any time I had a question or needed something addressed, they were quick to respond and take care of it. It's clear they take pride in their properties and care about their tenants' experience. In fact, I was so happy with my experience that when I needed to move, I rented another home managed by them. That alone probably says more than anything else! I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a rental property.

I just moved into my new apartment I got to say this place is beautiful and any issues I had It might have taken a couple days but it got done The guy was amazing and I have nothing bad to say about Bassett property! So, so far so good! And if he can't do something they will send somebody else that can and it was done in a timely manner so five star from me!

I had an excellent experience with Bassett Management. The entire process from move in to move out was clear, painless, and smooth. We rented this place site unseen in person as we lived down south. Rick was helpful to send us videos of the entire space and neighborhood which gave us the feel we needed to lease the unit. While living there, he was quick to respond and take care of any maintenance issues or questions that we had. I’m usually weary of renting from a property management company, and was skeptical about Bassett Management only having 5 star reviews, but all of the glowing reviews are real. Bassett is the best kind of landlord - they’re there immediately if you need them, and not when you don’t. They’re communicative and accommodating, and any issue is promptly dealt with. I’ve been a renter for a year under this management and they’ve been amazing. So much so that I plan on renewing my lease for years to come! They keep the grounds maintained constantly. The grass is always cut, the bushes trimmed, and during the snowy months, the plow trucks are there early morning. Also, any maintenance request or general inquiries or questions are answered and resolved quickly. They definitely make sure to keep tenants comfortable and happy! I’m lucky to be one of their tenants!
