The staff is very professional and responsive. They quickly addressed all my concerns and maintenance request. they are much better than the one we had before. especially Rachel she is the best , she works with you and is great at communicating with you. and is very professional. And reliable any problems I’m having at my apartment she always send someone out to assist with the issue. Even after the office is closed . Overall a great experience. Sometimes maintenance takes longer than expected, however they are beyond patient in multiple ways and I have no problem being patient with them. I have been here for 2 year with pans on staying longer. Overall great management team they do there best to handle issues, with other tenants as well.

The communication with the management team has been seamless. Whenever I had questions or needed assistance, I received prompt responses from Steve and Gary via email, call and text. It’s clear that they value tenant and satisfaction.

Thank you Alex and team for repairing the apartment back to standard. The floors & ceilings are looking great and I do love the new light fixtures giving the apartment a very modern feel compared to the old school covers. Another big thank you for the team for giving the apartment a fresh paint job, everything is looking bright and spacious.
