Management is ran by a bunch of incompetent crooks. My family and I own multiple units in apartment complexes that they own and manage. We are paying mortgage and their insane ever increasing HOA fees. However, there’s been nothing done to show for the money we’ve paid. Multiple locations under their jurisdiction are infested with roaches. Window bug screens are broken with no words of replacements. Their employees give conflicting information regarding what’s allowed and what isn’t. The Superintendent of my specific location gave me the OK verbatim TWICE to allow me to install personal camer…
