I've lived in a few different places in New York City and this was by far the worst experience I've had. I'm not sure if this management company just really did not like us personally or if all tenants were treated with the same level of disregard and annoyance, but we had to send SEVERAL emails over the course of sometimes weeks in order to get problems in the apartment addressed (cockroach infestation, no smoke alarms, broken mirror, etc.). Each month there was a different amount showing due in our rent portal, and there was never an explanation as to why, always just "pay X amount". Quite s…
Eric and his team were always responsive, direct, honest, and kind. I couldn't have asked for a better experience as a first-time renter.
Can't recommend Eric & his team enough. Highly responsive and kind. Made a cross country move seamless - from searching to move-in day. We had some of the best years of our life in the East Village thanks to him.
