Despite paying the most money I’ve ever paid for an apartment in the city, this is the least responsible company I’ve worked with. I don’t think it’s malicious, it’s more that they’re probably too cheap to hire more help, which is confusing given how much cash they must be bringing in. One super for dozens of buildings across the city, team is way too lean for the amount of responsibility they have. Issues I have had include: missing or broken screens in windows, limited hot water (cannot even fill a bathtub), entrance door to building hangs open constantly which is a security and pest risk, …
