If your renting here be very careful they are just money hungry they don’t actually care about their tenants as long as they get their rent check they can care less what happens in the building who gets hurt they don’t care for the people just the peoples money.

I lived for 2 years, excellent area, very quiet, nearby school area, super market, the F train station is a 2-minute walk away. I recommend this area to people who like to live quietly.
