Bridge Property Management has managed Ocean Ridge Coop Building since August 1 of 2023. You not gonna believe, but on August 2nd, the next day after we started, we were on a Zoom meeting with the DOB, resolving the facade inspection issue. They have been helpful in any possible aspect. They are responsive, helpful, and down to earth. We've been particularly grateful to James, Jonathan and Will, who has helped us manage the building in a smooth way. I would highly recommend Bridge Property Management to anyone looking for someone to manage their property.

Terrible service! No communication They Took the money accidentally. I’m trying to get hold of them for 3 weeks now. All they say we gonna get back to you. No one did! No email been responded. And you can’t speak to the manager. Simply because”we don’t have that option” 🤣
