Genuinely the worst renting experience I've ever had. Good luck getting in contact with management/the landlord for any help, left us with broken laundry machines for several months of our lease and will ignore texts calls and emails. Also had to contact and harass to get any information about the security deposit at all, still doing so to get it back ALSO the images on zillow and streeteasy rn are digitally staged but it's not listed as that. Heads up

Jasi never picks up phone. Terrible communication when you need something. Very disappointed.

Brookline is, unfortunately, the least professional organization I’ve dealt with. As reflected in other reviews, we experienced communication issues throughout our tenancy. After moving out, there was no communication at all regarding our $4,500 security deposit. They kept the deposit and calls, emails, and texts went unanswered—the company simply went silent. Given our prior experiences, this outcome was disappointing but not entirely surprising. I’m sharing this so others can be aware before doing business with them.

We have rented with Brookline and have a had positive experience. Great rental apartments with a luxury feel. Would rent from them again!

I've had a great experience with my apartment over the last few years, management has been helpful and responsive with any small maintenance issues. Easy portal and website for paying rent, or entering any repairs etc.

Top property management company. They are very responsive to requests and management clearly communicated to any issues we had. Apartments are well maintained and kept clean.
