I am extremely dissatisfied with the way CAMCO handles the accounting protocol. I wish I could give no stars to this company. The only reason I’m giving a one star, is because of staff is friendly and is trying to help me out. However, as a company, I am extremely unhappy as how they treat their customers. This company is to manage HOA fees from their customers in a professional manner. There’s completely no professionalism in the way they handle things I believe this company is profiting tremendously from all the late charges and accrual fees that they charge us. Camco is the worst property management company I have ever seen and I have had over 40 years of experience in the Real Estate Industry. In regard to Nancy Fox, who is in charge, well lets just leave it at she is a real unique piece of work. Anyone needing help or additional insight should feel free to reach out to me. Horrible and disgusting experience with this management company that just took over my HOA community just 3 months ago. Sent me fines and arrears which are not adding up based on my understanding and arrangements with the prior management company - and all I want to do is discuss this with someone to figure it out. They have not responded once to a request for a phone call. Instead have unleashed a small time lawyer on me for collections with no prior notice. What an ugly way to run a property management company
I truly wish I could pick no stars for a review. The only reason why they got one star is because the guys that do the work are friendly and professional. The office staff though is the worst. You ask a simple question and it takes them over a week to get back to you if they even get back to you. I have had the worst experience with a woman there who handles our property. I don't recommend anybody taking on this company to manage their property. You're not important enough for them so they just choose to ignore you Truly sucks
