The Canvas group is really great property group that makes it easy to communicate with. Especially the team - Samantha, Eva, and Brandon have done an amazing job at making my apartment at Canvas Gramercy building a safe, enjoyable, and comfortable experience! I recommend to anyone and everyone!

Lived at 1381 Myrtle Ave for two years and had a great experience. This was primarily due to Sabir and Eva's fantastic response time in addressing maintenance requests. Sabir was always helpful and went above and beyond his role to make sure that everything in the building ran smoothly.

We had a great experience renting from 1381 Myrtle. Timely responses to maintenance requests and a special shoutout to the super Sabir - always present at the building and quick to respond to requests, making it an enjoyable place to live. Eva was great in facilitating our move in and move out and we are sad to go!

My experience with cpg has been amazing. Igli and Eva have been super helpful and communicative with me! Sabir has been a real one for the past two years. He brings me so much happiness and joy. Always going out of his way to help me out, truly my guy.

I stayed at their 1381 Myrtle Ave Property for 3 years and it was overall a good experience. Want to give a big shoutout to the super Sabir who not only was extremely quick to respond but also was always a great guy to catch up with. Management was sometimes difficult to talk to and would increase the rent every year and definitely view this as more of an investment to make money than actually helping the community and find people homes. Would highly recommend working with CPG - they made our 2.5 year stint in The Knox fantastic. Kendall and the CPG team are incredibly responsive and willing to work with prospective and current tenants. We had a payment processing issue (our mistake) and Kendall and her team went out of their way to resolve the issue with us, even though it was not their issue. Overall, they take care of their properties and ensure tenants have a great experience.

I’ve been renting from CPG for a few years now. While the rent raises have been very moderate, my property manager, Igli, is great and very patient!

nearly 6 months living at 11 Greene and the building has been wonderful. the staff have been overly courteous and attentive. when leasing, Molly made the application and subsequent move-in process seamless.

We moved to a Canvas-managed 2 bedroom apartment at 11 Greene St in January 2024. The approval process, communication with the property manager, concierge & super as well as the move-in were handled smoothly and any questions we had were answered almost immediately. This was the least troublesome leasing experience I have had so far and I would highly recommend both 11 Greene St as a property and Canvas as property managers. Thank you in particular to Molly and Jose who did a great job at making us feel at home in our new apartment!

Molly at Canvas Property Group (The Knox) helped me finding the best available apartment for me and I don't have anything but positive things to share - she was extremely cooperative, answered all my questions patiently, and ensured that all my requirements were addressed. She was very responsive and her communication is top notch. It was a pleasure working with her. I would also recommend The Knox and its apartments - amazing location, well maintained building and very cooperative staff.

My three years in one of Canvas's two-bedroom apartments (205 Tenth) in Chelsea has been truly great. The combination of a prime location, a comfortable living space, and responsive, caring landlords and maintenance team creates a living experience that is second to none. I highly recommend this apartment and team to anyone who values a warm, welcoming home in the heart of New York City. It's been a privilege to have such wonderful owners and to call this place home. Thank you Eva, Igli and the entire Canvas team for an incredible experience!

Great management - always very responsive if there was a problem and were a pleasure to work with when it came to resigning our lease each year. We ultimately lived in one of their buildings for three years and thought it was a very nice, newly renovated option in the heart of Chelsea. Would recommend renting from them in NYC.

I lived in the Asher for four years- was sad to leave such a great location, it’s been even more sad leaving Sabir Salem, the property manager! He has been so kind and all my interactions with him have been great. He truly cares about his tenants and does everything in his power to get issues expedited if he can’t handle himself. I’ve never had an issue reaching him with any concerns and anytime he would help out- he was a pleasure to have around. We will miss you Sabir! Thanks for all your help- Iovino sisters 👯‍♀️
