Carlyle Property Management markets the Wellesley as a “luxury building” yet it is in horrible condition. We have had ongoing elevator issues since April, leaving a building of 35 floors with at times only one working elevator, causing extreme wait times. People leave carts and trash in the middle of hallways and no one picks them up. There is a random garbage bag full of trash in the service elevator. Floors in common hallways are disgusting, and there is unsightly damage all over the building. Random garbage bags in the hallway are a tripping hazard. Management is unhelpful and uncooperativ…
Do not, under any circumstances rent from this management company. I’ve lived in Regency Towers on east 63rd street for going on 4 years and have nothing but nonstop problems. A persistent leak and peeling paint in my son‘s room, plumbing issues, construction and drilling incessantly, the list goes on. Not only is management willfully ignorant of any sustainable solutions to these problems, Michael Francisco is a conniving slumlord, without any exaggeration.
