I’ve moved out of a building that Carnegie Manages and continue to be charged for rent (over 4k) every month. Management has been unresponsive to my multiple emails, calls and voicemails. I wouldn’t recommend living in any buildings that they manage.

This company does its best to steal tenants deposits and has not problem signing false documentation. I paid my rent on time every month and then had to fight these people in court to get my $$$. This was 15 years ago and I bet they haven't changed one bit.I wouldn't trust these folks further than I could throw them.

I appreciate the attentiveness of this management company. They do their best to manage unruly neighbors and maintenance issues in a very professional, timely manner.

I have had the pleasure of living in 25 Bruckner Boulevard apartment 2I for the past two years, and as we prepare to move due to work commitments, I can honestly say it is with a heavy heart that we are leaving. Throughout our time here, the experience has been exceptional. The management team has always been responsive and proactive, addressing any needs or concerns with remarkable efficiency. Likewise, the maintenance staff has consistently been on top of all necessary upkeep, ensuring that any issues were resolved promptly and thoroughly. Worst management company I’ve ever dealt with. They are so unhelpful & rude. Whenever something is wrong or there is a complaint, they basically just brush me off & say that’s not really their problem. They can take days to help with urgent matters & that’s if they’ll even be helpful at all. The building hallways & common areas on ocean parkway that I live in is boiling hot in the summer & freezing in the winter. They’ve been saying they’re going to fix this for years. Wow!!! Where do I start? Well first you must know that I moved to New York a few years ago and during that time I had been searching endlessly for the perfect apartment: private, quiet, newer, accepts pets, secure package room, and has good quality size rooms and full bath. Great management company - any issues I had were resolved extremely quickly and they were extremely caring to me not only as a tenant, but as a person.

Daniel assisted me with my search for a Brooklyn loft and he was amazing!!! I have just signed the lease and could not be happier. Not only was he extremely friendly and helpful, but he made the process as smooth as ever. I can't wait to move into my new home. Thank you so much!
