Century is completely untrustworthy. Employees have glazed eyes, superficially polite personalities, and seem to be encouraged to lie while snickering behind backs. They don't treat people with respect and consequently are difficult to respect. They will bring the value of your properties down.

I am extremely disappointed with Century Management’s handling of an ongoing smoke-infiltration issue at The Oro / 306 Gold Street. The building has a written strict no-smoking policy, including a building-wide notice stating that smoking is not permitted inside residential units and that the first smoking fine is $500. Despite this, my tenants in Unit 16H have repeatedly reported smoke entering their apartment over many weeks, with numerous documented dates and times. Horrible to owners. They have zero commitment to excellence. One of the most unreliable and untrustworthy companies I have dealt with.

A lot of property management companies are over worked and under staffed, but Breanna Young at Century has always answered my questions in a timely manner and with professionalism. Although other departments can use more staff assistance, Breanna took the time to give me vital information as it pertains to the sale of a condo she manages. My clients ( the sellers) were appreciative of her direction and how much she knew about the board's future plans.

Century is the worst property management company starting from the top down. They do not know how to handle buildings, are unresponsive and their employees complain about how leadership is only interested in making money not actually providing a superior service. I would use caution.

Since our building switched to Century management, everything got worse & worse! I would rather live in a building without any management service than be in a place where Century Management is involved!

Edit: We find the leasing team for our building difficult to work with. I hope there will be more professionalism and timely communications moving forward.

I’m trying over a 5 months get my deposit money with Cynthia Allan. She simply does not return calls or emails and then pockets people’s deposits in hopes they will give up. Buyer BEWARE!!
