If you’re thinking about renting an apt under this management company, do not! They are unprofessional, unresponsive and do not reply to emails for urgent matters. My air conditioner hasn’t worked in over 6 months, I’ve been emailing them over and over expressing concerns with my health issues and how hot my apt gets during the warmer weather days. It’s unlivable and hard to breathe and nothing has been done to fix this. Matilda is by far the worst property manager I ever had to deal with and her boss Steve is no better. Do not rent from this ppl. They want your money but treat you less than a…
