DEPM took over as our condo management company in 8/2024. In the beginning of their tenure, the staff were not so friendly or responsive to emails and concerns. Then came the summer of 2025 and all hell broke loose. The Geothermal System that provides heat and air conditioning for the building of over 140 owners did not function from June 2025 to July 31, 2025. This was a time when the city faced extremely high temperatures. I would give 0 stars if I could. This is by far the worst property management company I have ever dealt with. Jennifer Granda was extremely rude and even raised her voice during our phone call. I had to ask her several times to lower her voice. Ingrid Dziedzieh is consistently unavailable and does not make any effort to listen to or address tenants’ concerns or issues. Overall, the management is highly unprofessional. I would strongly recommend avoiding this property management company at all costs.

Absolutely the WORST management team ever. Our building has become unbearable to live in and you can forget doing any kind of repair or improvement to your home because Douglas Elliman will block everyone and everything. Do not ever bring them into your building unless you want your home value to collapse.

Nonexistent surly "service". I was charged a "Late Fee" for my monthly maintenance 10/25. It comes electronically directly out of my bank account. I never once had a problem in 30 years! I was told a month ago I would get a one time refund, like they were doing me a big favor. I never received the refund. Avoid doing business with this firm if at all possible.

YUCK! Talk about disrespect to tenants. If you have an issue to resolve or need to ask a simple question, GOOD LUCK. Your emails and calls will be screened and ignored, and your questions and concerns will never be clearly addressed, if ever addressed at all. Glad to see I’m not the only one being gaslit and straight up ignored. It blows my mind how this company is still in business with the way they operate. ZERO stars for these people!

I really want to give 0 star if there is. I’m now renting an apartment managed by DE. Trust me , do not get yourself in trouble by dealing with them. The super won’t help you out when you get locked out even though they have spare keys, so be ready with $1000 to pay locksmith (that is what costed me). The management office has no empathy at all and will only tell you it’s tenants responsibility, so don’t bother them even.

Do not buy apartments here or even rent them, because the residents have their packages stolen randomly and if you complain the the management office, they don't help you, they want you to forget the incidents happen and at the same time they blame residents for the theft

Their website says they are “ ranked #1 among NYC residential management companies, our mission is to provide with superior and responsive management,… blah..”. It is quite frankly laughable. We have given them every opportunity to prove this statement is truthful & sincere but our experience with the front line representative(s) in this firm is extremely disappointing due to their lack of follow-ups & rude and unprofessional attitude . They are scammers!!! The person I was in contact with was Lisa Simonsen. The most unprofessional agent. My security deposit was not returned. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS REAL ESTATE! I would rate them a ZERO!

I would give them a zero if I could. They are unresponsive and have been sending us bad checks for our security deposit back. We cannot get our deposit back and these people are scammers. Truly an amazing example of a despicable NYC property management group.
