Great experience renting from Duke Properties. They were always responsive and thorough throughout my lease and then returned the security deposit quickly after I moved out. They also went out of their way to help me with a landlord reference that I needed in a time crunch. Overall, very helpful and positive.

Consistently ignored maintenance requests for MONTHS. Upon move in I didn’t have hot water for 10 days, and they lied about other amenities and refuse to fix them. Ridiculously unresponsive and irresponsible.
