I have absolutely loved living in this building and under the East Village Property Mgmt group. Anna is such a lovely, understanding and accommodating landlord!
Worst ever. Constant problems since I’ve moved in. Within the last 2 months nearly half of the tenants in my building have had to leave because of structural building issues, constantly construction in the area which makes it impossible to sleep, and always issues.
Horrible management and very old properties!!
Worst property management company I've ever experienced in my years of renting in New York.
Despite some complications in the building at times, the management company was ready and willing to help with whatever we needed.
