This review is for Silver Towers and River Place: Ever since Elite Management took over the tennis courts this place went from enjoyable to a complete disaster. First of all, the courts are in the bad shape. The courts are dirty and empty cans and trash are always on the courts. After rain the courts are not being cleaned. However, he gym membership went up from $130 for a family of 2 to $175 per month. The tennis reservations instead of $20 cost $40. And Elite Management wants additional $25 for a guest. Seems like the manager by the name MATHEW, who imposed these rules of guest fees does…
