Our building (an 8-unit condominium building) signed up with Empire State PM early this year and so far, the board members are quite pleased with the new management. Every team member I've encountered has been professional, organized and responsive. I especially appreciate their responsiveness to any issues that arise, particularly urgent matters like front door problems. Just last week, our building's front door broke on Friday night. Our PM manager, George, responded quickly, sent the locksmith right away and fixed the issue within hours. Our board members are pleased with the team!

We are very happy with Matthew and his team. They have helped us recoup costs from contractor mistakes, and have handled various situations with minimal input from us.

They’re digging us out of a hole! After +2 years, our experience with Empire State Property Management was very disappointing. The property management ended our contract out of the blue. The management agreement allowed for a 60‑day transition period, but the team unilaterally shortened it to 30 days — and then closed our account less than 2 weeks later.
