Worst management possible in NYC, very disrespectful and always act crazy charging residents fines and legal fees over $10K. Avoid any building associated with Extell period.

Extell is the worst management company in New York!! I had to move out due to constant harassment from the property manager at One Manhattan Square. She continually targeted me with false allegations and constant false fines. I highly recommend you stay away from Extell buildings!!! Avoid!!
