So there's a ton of bad reviews for this place and to be honest they don't really deserve it. You need to remember Fairfield owns literally thousands of units and the idea that they're just going to constantly update units for no reason is completely unrealistic. You also have to realize some tenants will be as malicious as possible when things don't go their way. Is everything perfect? No, but every problem we had was fixed same day and sometimes within the hour. They re-did our entire bathroom after a few tiles came down when they could have just replaced the fallen tiles. Save your money!! This place is NOT worth the rent. Smoking is allowed in the buildings, per the Fairfield staff, which is not told upon renting. The smoke comes through the vent to other apartments. There is garbage in the bushes for months. Entrance doors to buildings are broken and do not lock. I put in a ticket to have this fixed when i moved in almost a year ago,and months later the "staff" marked the ticket resolved. It is not resolved, the door has never been fixed.
