I scheduled the visit on Saturday, viewed the apartment on Sunday, applied right after, got an answer the same day, and received the keys on Monday after signing the lease. We had the most traumatic experience with the Oxford Property Group and their agent Jeanne Somme. DO NOT rely on their services to find a home in NYC. We signed a lease for an apartment in a condo building the UWS. Upon the signature of the lease we paid: one months rent, the security deposit and $925 move in fees, as the agent Jeanne Somme had instructed us. The lease was for March 1st but since the condo board had to still approve our application, Jeanne Somme insisted that we could still move in as guests. We did so accordingly.
