They're just one hair above being slum lords. They do BELOW the bare minimum but they have the leverage. I'd recommend not moving into any of their buildings. You should hire a lawyer or contact 311 whenever there are ANY issues. Once you tell them that you are going to call 311, is the ONLY times they start do any work.

Worst management ever. They don’t get things done at all—very ignorant and hard to communicate with. Not accessible. It usually takes forever for them to fix anything, and even then, things often break down again. They don’t understand what people are saying and constantly make excuses to avoid repairs. I would give a negative star if it were possible, because they do nothing but cause headaches

My son was a resident for 5 years and had a lovely experience throughout; Mimi (management rep) was amazing, easy to reach and a pleasure to deal with; highly recommend as a landlord!

If you plan on moving to 63 Duffield St, make sure to pack an umbrella and have 311 on speed dial because you will be dealing with terrible leaks and incredibly frustrating management with poor communication, no empathy, and probably much worse.

Management was pretty horrendous - they would simply never respond whenever there was any type of issue. Luckily, there weren't many issues I needed handled. When I did have an issue, the only person who would ever even respond was Mimi - she was usually very helpful and timely in her responses... She would also actually answer the phone, which was huge. Other than that, the entire management team seemed to be incompetent - the move-in and move-out process was poorly handled. We had a great experience with Full Time Management. They were quick to respond to any maintenance issues we had.

Terrible management company. Lousy, unfriendly, uncooperative staff. Did not address my maintenance requests at any point. They made it a hassle to collect my security deposit.

I had a great experience living at 146 Meserole St. Never had any maintenance issues or issues with management. Everyone in the building was very nice and enjoyed using the amenities the building offered.

Mimi in the office is wonderful and very responsive.

I had a great 2.5 years renting from full time management. Throughout my time living in their building, Mimi, Hendy, and Neil all helped tremendously. As long as you make monthly payments on time and treat their property with respect, they will always be responsive and receptive to assisting you. Perhaps most importantly to most NYC renters, I received my security deposit back promptly after move out once my unit passed a straight forward inspection with the superintendent. I’ve lived in this managements buildings for over 7 years. They have always been responsive and reasonable when it comes to rent, maintenance tickets and general inquiries/complaints. I just resigned my lease yet again and I am grateful to have found one of the rare management companies in NYC who takes care of their loyal tenants. Shout out to Mimi, Pessy and Ari for always being on top of things.

Mimi has been nothing but amazing with our time on N Henry St. We really loved our apartment and they let us renew our lease with ease. Highly recommend renting with Full Time.

We found Full Time Management to be incredibly amenable during our time in one of their Greenpoint buildings. Personal shout out to Pessy and Hendy, who were super helpful with our lease takeover and getting our deposit back promptly and without any trouble before we moved country.

Lived in 17 Monitor for 2 years and had a great experience. Good amenities and FullTime Management was always helpful with requests - especially Mimi and Ari. It’s rare to find property management companies that are timely and get things done so it was a great experience living here. Be kind and reasonable with them, and they will always try to help you out as quick as possible.

I rented from Full Time Management for almost 14 years and certainly had lots of good and bad. But honestly, they are average and decent enough of landlords when talking about NYC. Yes, they disregard things here and there but you likely aren't living in a luxury building with these guys. I recently moved into a Co-op with a mgmt company and they are less communicative than Full Time (Pessy) was, so take all the bad reviews with a grain of salt.

Renters BEWARE! This management company is disgraceful. Since day one of move in to 74 Maujer (or attempt to move in, as we could not get a hold of anyone on the day our lease was set to start) we have had an utterly horrifying experience with the building and management. Not only are the management team unresponsive to maintenance issues —from a light fixture that has been neglected to be fixed since moving in 11 months ago to a leaking ceiling that was simply just painted over— but they are unbelievably rude on the phone when you are trying to get answers about bare minimum requests.
