READ and TRUST all the negative comments here! do not buy any constructions completed by GN management, their work quality is terrible, cheap, unprofessional. Their response after sale is zero. They are afraid of warranty claim, thus, they do response slowly for repair but the repair work is also terrible. We found empty beer bottles behind walls, my window frame had cracked due to misalignment, the thru-wall ACs have air leakage, missing insulation on the load bearing wall, etc. Save yourself time and energy, don't buy any properties completed by GN management.

I've never had to work with such a negligent group of individuals to maintain a property. The lack of urgency and care to their properties is extremely apparent in the speed they respond to raised issues. Living here the past 3 months, there has not been a single day where there has not been at least 2 ongoing issues with the unit, and I'm truly at a loss at how else I can make their job easier for them at this point. Neat and clean apartment.

We were one of the first tenants to move in to the property as soon as it was opened. We lived there for about five years with 2 kids (from 2019 to 2024). our kids always remembers Nanak Niwas as their home. They were very responsive and acted ASAP if at all any issues were complained. Great place!!
