We had Sam as our building manager for two years, and cannot say enough good things about him. We moved into an older brown stone that had some issues that come with older buildings, and when it came to doing repairs or checking on issues we could not have asked for a better building manager. He is always quick to respond and set immediate next steps to resolve issues, and is both knowledgeable and extremely transparent with the process. Most buildings in NYC will have issues, so having a quality building manager can make a world of difference, it certainly did for us. Thanks Sam!
Great property manager! Quick to respond and always efficient to resolve any building issues or questions.
Sam was the super for our building and was always very responsive, friendly and professional. He wanted us to tell him about any issues asap so that he could take care of them, which was helpful. We appreciated him during the time we lived in a building he managed. He also helped us find a replacement tenant when we needed to break our lease.
Sam is very attentive and thoughtful. Very grateful.
