I recently moved out of an apartment. There were no damages and we cleaned it to a T. Rena from Greeni management said they weren’t returning our deposit because no one moved in after we moved out, something that is not stated on the lease or even within NY state laws. I proved her claims false and attached evidence of people touring and even the ones who cancelled on me, or the time they came to tour but greeni management gave them the wrong address… and now their agent, Rena Weiss, ignores my calls and emails and has been for a month with no regard. I’m increasingly frustrated with how Greeni Management handles service requests. More often than not, my calls go straight to voicemail, and while I understand there are observed days of rest, there’s been a consistent lack of follow-up even when I leave detailed messages. At this point, the absence of timely communication feels less like an occasional delay and more like a pattern. In addition, the repair vendors who are sent out frequently appear ill-equipped to resolve the underlying issues. Raizy Lowin was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process for me and my roommates. I was on the phone with her almost every day for a week, and despite how stressful everything was, she helped us through it and made sure we were able to get our lease signed.

Rena was extremely helpful throughout our lease takeover. Me and my boyfriend had to unexpectedly move out and she immediately provided all the details we need/what to expect. She is super speedy with answering emails and calls. We really appreciate all her help and will miss the building and management!

Absolutely horrible management company. Completely unprofessional, disorganized, and impossible to communicate with. It’s been months since I moved out and they are still refusing to return my security deposit despite multiple emails from me clearly requesting it. Out of 30+ emails, M. Reposting since they deleted my review twice now. We’ve been without central AC in our apartment since May 5, despite submitting a maintenance request immediately. Indoor temperatures have been consistently over 80°F, and after more than a month of vague updates and no resolution, we had to purchase our own portable AC unit. Because the apartment isn’t set up for window units, we’ve also been dealing with a mosquito problem from makeshift venting through a balcony door. posting on behalf of my sister, who’s been dealing with an awful experience at a greeni-managed building. her central ac has been broken since may 5 and still hasn’t been repaired. it’s been over a month of 80+ degree temps, vague updates, and no real resolution. she had to buy her own portable unit just to make the place livable, and is now dealing with mosquitoes because the apartment isn’t built for proper venting. laundry machines are constantly broken, the elevator goes out regularly, and there are frequent water shut-offs. completely unacceptable conditions for what tenants are paying.

It's been great working with Mindy, the building manager. She is responsive, respectful, and a clear communicator. Also, Christian, our custodian, is a literal blessing. We don't need many repairs, but when we do, we know they will be handled.

Lived in a GreenI Management building for a year, great experience! They were on top of service requests and were thoughtful landlords, none of the horror stories that I've heard from other places. I specifically want to call out our super, Cristhian. He kept the common spaces immaculate, kept the trash rooms tidy, and was always super nice to me and my dogs. We’re going to miss him!

Greeni took over the lease on my building from previous management who were essentially absent and very difficult to get in touch with. Dealing with Greeni couldn't have been more different. Mindy who I dealt with regularly was always responsive, polite, and professional. In NYC, this is hard to come by and since leasing and building management is complicated no matter what, her approach was very refreshing and made working with Greeni a very positive experience.

Lived at GreenI property in Clinton Hill for a year. Great experience, loved the onsite Super Christian as well - he always went above and beyond. I was the first Renter in what was a brand new building. Management was always responsive to any request. Would happily rent from them again!!

Greeni has been my management company for a year and I have to say, of all the apartments I've lived in, they are by far the best management company I've dealt with. I always get a rapid response. When there's an issue, they send a repair mechanic right away. The use of RM Resident for rent and service issues is a great bonus! It's so easy to keep track of issues. At my building, I deal with Mindy and she's been great. I couldn't recommend them more. My only regret is that they don't manage more buildings.

Meislels from the duration of my occupancy from picking up my key in person to moving out, she's was very accomodating of my hours staying a little later to ensure I could pick up my key after work and be prepared for my move. While living there I emailed and called several times for multiple questions regarding the building and my apartment and she worked with me spectacularly. When I had a personal issue come up and had to move she was understanding and super helpful with working with me to ensure a good solution for me and the building. These new “good” reviews are because they sent out an email to tenants saying to leave one. Miesiels and This management company is very rude and do not care about anything except money. Packages continually goes missing from the “secured package room”. I would stay clear from them because they advertise “luxury” when in fact it’s the opposite. Sketchy men outside and inside the buildings. Poor communication and very expensive and lack empathy. If you’re going to spend this kind of money just go someplace else.

Wonderful management company. They are very accommodating and fix issues promptly. The building is always kept neat and spotless. Which is super rare for NYC. The best kept building I’ve ever lived in.

Ms. Meisels, the customer service manager of this company, is my go to person but everyone I have dealt has been on point. When I need it bars in my bathroom because I am disabled, they were installed before I moved in. This an Hasidic management company, so they are very good about communicating upcoming holidays, when they will be available in the office, and who to contact in case of an emergency. My particular building has an amazing super and 24 security everywhere. As a newly disabled person, I'm in the right building, in the right location, with the right management company.

Manages poorly maintained buildings. Common areas left with mold, leaks, laundry problems, HVAC problems, for months on end. Always mentions a permanent solution to repairs that never comes. Vacations for weeks on end. Asks for positive reviews during lease negotiations which explains the good ratings. AVOID.

GreenI Management is the best!! I needed new windows installed. The workers came and did their work efficiently. I was a bit nervous at first because they needed to remove the woodwork. But they did a beautiful job replacing the windows and putting the woodwork back. Thank you!!!

Maintenance of building was extremely non responsive. Unavailable from Noon Friday to Monday. Even when available let problems fester for weeks. Always seem confused. Possibly share the building with another management company so no one ever seems to know what’s going on or what to do about anything.
