The worst Management company I've ever rented with. In order to get anything done you have to hound them with multiple emails and visits to their office. Whenever we went to management to discuss an issue every person we spoke to would tell us something different (which were all lies). They would say anything just to get us to leave and did not try to help or even do their jobs. The building manager (Keisha at Liberty Bay) was never at the building, would never respond to emails, and just generally did not care to help us in any way. She was extremely dismissive and made it clear that our issu…

This is the worst company you can rent with. If there was an option for negative ratings, I would choose that. I moved out 3 months ago but still didn’t get my security deposit back. The people there just mislead you and never reply back to your phone calls or emails. Total scam!

Literally the worst. They were unresponsive to maintenance requests (it took them three weeks to fix my broken kitchen sink). They did not communicate clearly about anything. I thought I had paid everything that I owed them when I moved out, but months later received notice from a debt collection agency that I owed them money. They never communicated directly with me that I owed them anything. Do not rent from them.

Honestly, if negative stars were a thing then I’d choose that. Greystar has to be THE worst group of people I have dealt with in my life. I had rented an apartment in Coeur D’Alene A YEAR AGO! Paid everything on time, no issues. First week I moved in someone broke into my apartment and the management basically said “sucks to suck now pay us $250 to replace the lock” despite KNOWING THEY PUT MY SAFETY AT RISK by not changing it before I moved in! Living at Watermark for the last two years has not been a pleasant experience. Since management has change I been targeted as black woman and face racism by the management staff. Management looks down and treat anyone in affordable apartments in a degrading manner, even though they get a tax break for having a percentage of affordable apartments in their building. Management needs to go to training and learn how to speak to everyone.
