After being ghosted by our previous management company, our small condo signed on with Guardian Property Management of Brooklyn in October 2022, and we've been very satisfied. Jeff carried out the transition smoothly, including catching us up with filings and inspections and taking over open issues. Jeff is super responsive to the concerns of board members, knows how to deal with city agencies, and is financially transparent. Since they specialize in working with small buildings we get the attention we deserve.

Terrible tenant service - took over TWO months to return my security deposit with zero explanation as to why.

Very professional and efficient. Jeff responds immediately, and he is always there to help resolve any issue. I had a problem with the lock on our door, and within an hour a locksmith was here and repaired the lock. Earlier last year there was a more serious issue with a leak from the ceiling in our bathroom. Jeff and his colleagues at Guardian were hands on, and we repaired everything very quickly.
