​I cannot recommend Habitst for property management. During their tenure with our condo association, they engaged in questionable management practices and failed to provide the board with the required financial documentation. When pressed for clarity regarding the budget and expenditures, they remained evasive. We ultimately discovered that funds were unaccounted for, necessitating their immediate termination. Their handling of our association’s finances was unacceptable and shady. Save your community the trouble and look elsewhere.

Brandon was our property manager back in 2004 when he worked with another company and he was fantastic as well as committed taking care of our building. He left his old company and our building (painfully) went through a handful of property management companies that were inadequate, inattentive, and did not look out for the financial health of our building...and our tenants paid for it - figuratively and literally. The team at Habitat Management is truly one of a kind. Since 2005, I have owned several properties in New York's booming Williamsburg and Greenpoint neighborhood, and by far the best experience to date in terms of building management services is Brandon Wechsler. The rise in market value of our premium units at Element 88 is a tangible testament to the excellence Habitat brings, and the cohesion of the community that his work fosters is no less priceless.

We had 2 management companies at our small building before finding Habitat and it was a huge upgrade when we switched to Habitat. Brandon and John are incredibly responsive; available at all times; and have experience for anything that comes up. They make sure things are handled quickly and correctly. Would definitely recommend them to any building or board.

Brandon and his team of property managers go above and beyond to ensure smooth operations for comfortable living. We had an emergency and his team was able to pinpoint the problem and hired the professionals to get our building back online. Would highly recommend Habitat Management. Thank you again
