I have been an HPS customer for 15 years. They take care of all routine services, but are also always available to take care of one-off or emergency work that needs doing. Communication, suggestions, advice and recommendations are spot-on, and their relationship with local vendors leads to good service at reasonable prices. The fact that property visits occur regularly when we are not at our house is a great comfort, especially their visits following a storm to make sure there's been no damage. We have been using HPS for the past year for our house in Sag Harbor. Since we live far away from the house and only get there a few times a year, it was invaluable to get regular updates on the status of the house and its condition. We also did some updates to the house including exterior painting, swimming pool pump replacement and entire-house water filtration system installation. Having HPS coordinate this work ensured it all went smoothly. Finally, we opted to rent the house for the summer months, and having HPS on call for fixes and cleanup alleviated lots of stress.
