I've had a great experience working with High Rise. They are very professional, responsive and very organized. Communication has always been clear, and they handle everything efficiently which gives me a real peace of mind as a shareholder. I truly appreciate their attention and highly recommend!

I live in Neheamiah 4 managed by Highrise Property Management, and I’ve been very disappointed with how recent decisions have been handled. The company announced the removal of all unit awnings and assigned fees to individual owners without any prior vote or input from residents. No community meeting was held, and owners were not given an opportunity to voice concerns before charges were added to our units. I’ve been reporting an issue about the painted sidewalk in front of my common area for over 4 months now, and management still hasn’t resolved it. Despite 16 email exchanges with the office manager from this company and multiple phone calls, all I’ve gotten are excuses and the runaround. My security camera has also shown that the super(Bishop) has made no effort whatsoever to fix the problem during this entire time. The High Rise team is fantastic! They resolved my issues quickly and efficiently, while still maintaining a high level of quality. This management company continues to make promises that are never fulfilled. We were given a deadline on November 7 to sign up for bird spikes. I quote. "Once your request is received, your unit will be added to the installation list, and the work will be completed within the next two weeks." It is now December 20. Nothing has been done. Now with the excuse that someone is fighting an awnings project that was announced 1 month after the birth spike project was supposed to be completed. I’ve been dealing with High Rise Property Management for a while now, and honestly, they’ve been great. Anytime I needed something, they responded right away and made sure it got handled properly. HighRise has made living here a lot less stressful. Anytime I’ve had a question, the staff have been polite and helpful. The common areas are always clean, and it feels like things are well taken care of.

High Rise Property Management is the most responsive, efficient and competent management company we've ever had for my building, and there have been many in the 40 years I've been living in my coop.  You can always count on them to resolve your issue and in a timely manner.  Whenever I communicate with them, I always get an almost immediate response, and not only Monday through Friday, 9 to 5 when it's important or an emergency.  I can't say enough about them!
