We had a great experience living in a condo managed by Hive for the last 4 years. They are extremely responsive and the process for lease renewals and maintenance requests was seamless. I would 100% live in a Hive managed property again!

Yesterday, my lease with them ended — I had it for two years, and they were wonderful. They helped me with everything, all my requests from the moment I moved in until I moved out of the apartment. Highly recommended!

This was a wonderful stay. Customer service was outstanding, they were able to accommodate my needs. Working with them was very professional and you notice it from the start. Everything and nice and clean and comforting.

We have been extremely satisfied with the level of customer service provided by Hive Property Management! Since day one, they have been very easy to communicate with and responsive to any questions regarding our apartment. We had an easy walkthrough of the apartment and they have been very transparent throughout the process. They also have an amazing level of concierge services available to their tenants!

We had one of the properties booked for 5 months and 4 weeks before our arrival they canceled us! The owners were rude, condescending, and unhelpful! Stay at Motel 6 over any of the Hive Properties!

Very bad company. I requested walk through. They don’t do it. They charged ridiculous fees. My deposit is $8600, they only return $800!!!Anyone see apt management by Hive, pls walk away, almost impossible to get deposit back
