I live in an HOA is Smithtown and HPM has been our management company for the past three years! They have been very helpful in resolving homeowner concerns and informative with on going projects. We did a survey of the community and homeowners expressed how pleased they have been with the change from the previous company!

If I could give 0 stars I would. They were thrown out of Fox Meadow for so many reasons that you wouldn’t even believe it if I told you! Do not use this company unless you want your community run into the ground with no backup funds to fix anything.

This is by far the worst management coming I have dealt with in my entire life . I am a medical professional and I have recently moved in to their community in east setauket and I have been targeted ever since I moved in . They keep threatening me for parking my car in the guest parking lot while there are several other residents that routinely park their cars in the guest parking spots . I asked them if the other owners that are parking their cars also getting these warnings and was told by Mary that I would have to tell her the names of people who are parking their cars there . Exceptional Service from Dave and HPM!As a resident of this community for 25 years, I recently encountered basement flooding due to heavy rain. Dave from HPM went above and beyond to help me. He identified a hidden crack in my basement wall and provided outstanding assistance. Kudos to Dave and HPM for their exceptional service!
