Hudson is typically very responsive and provides good insights to our condo's HOA. Recently had a disagreement over some charges and after some back and fourth Hudson agreed to correct the issues, which is much appreciated. They recently help us find cheaper insurance while adding additional coverage.

I’d like to give a shoutout to Vin at Hudson Property Management who’s done a great job managing the nightmare of maintenance and emergency repair issues that our building has experienced this year. He’s been responsive, helpful and constantly reachable. Thank you VIN!!

HPM became our building’s management company a few months ago after the HOA decided to make a change—and the difference has been remarkable. I would give zero stars if I could. I am an owner and they are renting out my property to new tenants, 3 months after the new tenants have already moved in, I realized that Hudson have not sent me any rent or rental deposit, while this entire time the tenant has been paying them. I emailed the agent, got no replies, called their office and it goes straight to an answering machine. These guys are an absolute fraud and I need to commence legal proceedings if I still do not hear from them. I moved over from La Barbera and couldn’t be happier. They have been incredibly helpful in getting my tenants transferred over and answering emails quickly and thoughtfully. If you are considering a management company, look no further.

It’s been almost a year since our Association started using Hudson Property Management and we have been beyond impressed since day one. We were lied to during our walkthrough about new appliances in apartments. They do NOT do any maintenance on the property that they "manage". Not 1 single point of contact at Hudson PM. It is unfortunate that we have to reach out to the landlord in order to get work done by a management company that the owner is paying....

Update: management has communicated that the call box will be fixed and has upgraded the system to something better than was was previously installed which is what caused the delay. Once installed they informed us that it was ready to use. I’ll have to update from 1/5 to 4/5 I’m renting a unit directly from someone who owns property here and the property management has been nonexistent. The key fob and the call box does not currently work. All efforts for my landlord to submit a ticket through their management portal have gone unanswered. This is the worst Management. When you call the office, the person answering the phone is rude and not professional. the call will be transferred to someone who is also rude. The building has a super who doesn't do his job. Apartments are being rented to anyone who has a pulse.

If I could give 0 stars I would. We’ve rented with them for 3 years (out of convenience) and this is easily the worst management company we’ve ever dealt with. Don’t think twice, think at least three times before signing a lease. They could care less about you or the property, you’re just a number in the system. They are a nationwide PM company buying up all the houses and setting the market rate so people can’t afford to buy (funded by Blackrock/Vanguard).
