Levi met with us to discuss leasing our condo in DUMBO. Levi was very professional and was very easy to work with. Once we had cleared our belongings from the condo Kahana listed the unit and hosted an open house. The open house was on a Monday. We signed a one year lease the following Monday. It could not have gone more smoothly. Great job!!

Kahana has been an amazing partner for me to rent and manage my condo in Brooklyn. We are renting a house managed by Kahana. They have been responsive to all our concerns. They helped us get the whole house painted and in order prior to our move-in date. after that, we needed the blinds replaced and that was done within a week. When one of them was out of office, the other person backing himi up contacted us proactively to make sure we knew they were available. We feel very comfortable and thankful for them.
