Terrible. Shut off air conditioning in buildings in early September. Apartments are reaching over 80° , even at night. Lack of response to concerns from tenants. Buildings in Fort Lee & Hackensack. Speak with current tenants before signing lease.
Resident of Passaic Towers for over 13years. In 23 there was no AC during the hottest months of July and August. Management told resident to make “whatever arrangements necessary for their comfort”. I brought a portable AC due to my 80 year old husband having health problems and it being over 98 degree in our apartment. I submitted the receipt for refund and up to now almost a year later and even a lawyer send them letters I’m still waiting for money back. They are pure evil and no one has respect or a brain in this company
