I was a tenant with Krieger for over 5 years and they provided exceptional service while I was with them. They were always communicative about any potential issues with the building allowing me ample time to plan ahead and always resolved those issues well within anticipated timelines. Rachel was a great point of contact she would always respond to things timely and with great detail. Joel was always great with getting documents (lease renewals) over to me with plenty of time to test the market and was always very supportive. Ramon, the super, is FANTASTIC. He promptly fixed all of the issues in my apartment and did a great job repainting the space!
