Having dealt with a miserable tenant, I sought out a property manager. I interested several and so thrilled that I chose Kasheem! From the first meeting, everything was explained and Kasheem was always available to answer questions and concerns. Each month is a pleasure as rent is collected pain and worry free. Highly recommended!!

While my original review of this company was positive I have since had unsatisfactory service. The recent communication and resolution involving the management company has been disgraceful. Initial communication was very responsive and somewhat productive but has since become nonexistent. Landlord management has been a great solution to the management difficulties I had with the previous property management. Landlord management came in with a professional approach to not only get me market rate for my units but also in dealing with tenant issue. Highly recommend.

So far so good - they have been capable and reliable especially in handling tenants, so I don‘t have to, filling vacancies and so on. I had been managing the building myself for 25 years, and due to certain issues could not do it any longer. They have gotten better rents than I did, partially countering the (reasonable) fee they charge.

What a blessing to have Landlord Management overseeing our property. As a small Condo that started out self-managing but switched to another management company that was a horror, the benefits of having Landlord and our Property Manager Kasheem Jones is significant. They are professional, extremely responsive and very knowledgeable. We are probably saving a lot of money because of the expertise with capital improvement projects. I just can’t say enough good stuff.

Sometimes Landlord/Management Company and Tenant relationships can be complicated depending on the circumstances. In this situation I can say after meeting Mr. Jones it became uncomplicated. Whenever I voiced what I needed him or Mr. Clark responded. Communication was clear and respectful and I can truly say after understanding the circumstances we were in things got better. After viewing multiple units in Mr. Jones’s portfolio and moving into our favorite, I can confidently say he runs a tight ship, making sure both prospective and active tenant are happy with the quality and condition of their apartments.
