Our experience with this property management company has been extremely disappointing. The management team, Ana and Frances, responds very slowly to emails and repair requests, often taking an unreasonable amount of time to reply. When issues arise, they typically do not take responsibility, instead passing the problem to third parties or requiring homw owner to handle it themselves. Even very simple repair requests can take 6 months to 1 year to be addressed. We have submitted more than 30 emails regarding one issue, and one year later , it still remains unresolved.
