Renting one of their apt in Brooklyn, NY. Every year they raise my rent by $300. When I try to get in touch with someone no one responds to me regarding the matter. I understand it's a free market apartment but $2700 for a 2 bedroom when it should be a one-bedroom because they're so small. One room can only fit a twin-size bed if you want to have a dresser in there to store your clothing since there are only 2 closets in the entire apartment. I did have a rodent problem when I moved in but they did fix the issue. The super is nice and the neighbors are as well. For $2700 you don't get any amen…
