Lisa Management will ignore you if you don’t live their higher end buildings. I’ve been trying to get into contact with them for months and they can’t even reply to an email or simple call. Avoid their properties if you can.

This is the second winter in a row I’ve suffered without heat and Lisa management ignores my complaints. Apparently my apartment in particular has a problematic line. I’ve been provided a space heater, but it just jacks up my electricity bill and it doesn’t help with temps averaging below freezing. I work from home and have been miserable for days during a polar vortex. Sadly the property manager ignores my emails. She's always willing to help work through issues as they come up, provides well detailed information about the entire leasing process, and goes above and beyond to accommodate any last-minute changes and/or requests.

Maria Mercedes was so amazing! I reached out to my management office with a complaint that wasn’t rectified, and accidentally stumbled upon Ms. Mercedes. She was AMAZING. She was the ONLY ONE who assisted me with getting the CORRECT names and numbers of people I needed to reach out to. She was patient and allowed me to express my frustrations. She gave me CLEAR instructions on what steps to take next. She went above and beyond for me and I’m so happy I accidentally stumbled upon her extension

Horrible! Horrible! Horrible. There has been heating issues for over 4 years at my building. Communication is the worst . They dont care about the tenants or the maintenance of the buildings . They never pick up the phone .
