I’ve had a great experience living at Habitat. The leasing team and staff have been incredibly friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout the entire process, from move-in to day-to-day living. The building is well-maintained, the amenities are great, and the location is amazing. Overall it’s been a really positive experience, and I’d definitely recommend Habitat to anyone looking to live in the area!
I had 2 male staff over to my apartment for the local 55 inspection. When they knocked I said just a minute I’ll be right there because I wanted to put my dog on the leash so he wouldn’t be underfoot. They waited 5 sec then let themselves in. That is completely unacceptable. They had no idea why I asked for a minute. I could have been in a state of undress. This is completely unprofessional, disrespectful behavior. Even worse, two men letting themselves in to a woman’s apartment without her saying ok is a shocking violation. Then when I contacted the management company I received only a respon…
Really enjoyed working with Vik - he was very patient in answering all of my questions and in walking through the lease with us. Very communicative. Excited to move in here!
I lived in one of their charming, bright, spacious one bedrooms for 8 years before moving to CT. They do an amazing job with all their properties. Great staff - building amenities - easy to reach the super and handymen - automated services for fast action. I highly recommend their buildings and management service to anyone looking to rent in NYC!
I give this building one star. The staff is wonderful upper management is the worst I have work with . I have lived in the building going on three years will not sign another lease with them. They do not care about their tenants. Or retaining them. I have been a Stellar tenant paid rent on time. . The apartment next to skip out owning them 45 thousand dollar. I guess that’s what some New Yorkers do. I wanted a smaller apartment. There offer to me was 1200 more than it’s listed now for rent. Be aware
