I was a tenant at the 109 E 102nd building for over 4 years and had nothing short of a great experience. Not only was communication with management a breeze, but my superintendent Richie was always quick to take care of us. He went above and beyond for the tenants, and truly came to be considered family; one of a kind!

Packages in the building continue to be stolen and management has done nothing. There are no cameras or safety measures. The entire package room was ransacked.

Marin Management repeatedly requests payments that have already been settled in full, demonstrating a lack of professionalism in their service to tenants. Additionally, the building's superintendent neglects tasks such as cleaning glass doors and maintaining cleanliness in hallways, indicating a concerning lack of professionalism persisting over four years.

Worst management company ever. Everyone that works there is miserable and wants to make your life miserable. Doesn’t pay to be good tenant.
