I have worked with several Management company's and MeM is by far the most helpful we have ever dealt with. Their assigned Property manager has done so much for the building in dealing with the contractors, residents, that the Board Members are confident that we are getting the best bang for our buck. Selecting a management company is a big decision for a condominium association. You want to make sure the company you choose is honest, reputable, capable of providing the contracted services, responsive to the needs of your community and your Board, Mem property management is none of the above. Slow response if any response to service requests and lack of communication to community residents is unacceptable. Marty and staff were very responsive and worked hard to resolve a few issues in my apartment complex.

Martin as Mem's manager is managing Tudor Hall in Englewood which is a 100 year building which in itself is a headache not to say when you have a difficult board to work with. With that being said Martin and Mem are doing their best to keep us up and running smoothly.

Everytime I call, someone picks up and assists me....always was an issue with our previous mgmt company..

Worst! Nasty, vindictive and punishing. They also put my check in late many months to obtain fee. This month Dec , they supposedly did not receive it.
