Simce midas has taken management in our building the only things that have been changed is theor bank accounts. These people are the absolute worse. NOT accountable for anything. Call for repairs they act like they never heard it before. The worse.

One of the worst rental experiences I’ve ever had. Midas Property Management operates with shocking unprofessionalism and zero transparency. They delayed providing the lease agreement for over a month after tenants moved in — only sending it days before we were set to move out. The lease included hidden charges like inflated water, Wi-Fi, and electricity bills that were never disclosed beforehand. Unethical building management – beware of security deposit issues I lived at Style Condominium (148 E 132nd St, Apt #5C) until December 2024. Despite the apartment owner inspecting the unit and returning their portion of the deposit, the building management and condo board have withheld the $500 refundable security deposit that was paid directly to them at move-in. It has been over 3 months of emails and follow-ups with no response or resolution. Midas Property has taken over the Larchmont Apartment Complex. I have emailed them multiple times regarding the issue of marijuana odor seeping into my bathroom from the adjacent unit through a shared vent. Despite sending around ten emails requesting action, I have not received a response. The lease prohibits smoking cigarettes or marijuana, as well as cooking pungent foods, and I feel this situation is not being addressed properly. I am a long-time resident of the 1360 York Avenue building, and the staff are very responsive and resourceful in particular Maria.

I've been having a leak coming down my kitchen light, they were informed back in December 2023 and they still haven't done an effort to fix it. I'm holding on to the rent.... fix, court or last option I move. So far all I can see is that they are irresponsible!
