We have had an amazing experience working with Monarch. Mike Malagic has been incredible. He has gone out of his way to be thorough and attentive to all of our issues, and he has provided our building with a tremendous amount of guidance and advice. I am so grateful to him and his team!

Mike Malagic has definitely improved from the first time I have encountered him. He was able to learn the system, Domecile which was a struggle at the beginning. Mike is now very customer committed. He was able to help me finish our application for a new tenant and get it submitted to the board quickly. I was impressed with him this time around! Thank you Mike!

It is truly shocking how poorly this company manages a co-op. From consistently inadequate communication to a clear lack of understanding of building operations and vendor management, their performance has been deeply disappointing. Even basic budgeting has been mishandled, leading to unnecessary issues for shareholders. If you are considering hiring this company to manage your building, please feel free to contact me for more details. My honest advice: stay far away.

It is truly impressive just how absolutely incompetent and consistently uncaring an organization can be from top to bottom. Monarch are the industry leaders in ignored emails, passing the buck, playing dumb, gaslighting, and taking your money for jobs not done. I wouldn't trust these fools to run a lemonade stand, let alone a real estate management company. Our building is finally moving on from them and I say, "Good Riddance!" If there were any justice in this world, Monarch would go out of business for services not rendered.

The worst Managment company I ever dealt with. Worst costumer service ever, not just the employees but also the owner of the company. If you have the smallest issue, you ares done. They can’t even coordinate with a super to come take a look at your brand new property. I mean they provide absolutely zero value. Unfortunately I have to deal with them in 5 properties and all suck. I cannot emphasize enough how frustrating and costly our experience with this management company has been. They are completely unorganized and lack transparency in every aspect of their operations. Residents were regularly charged for services without any board approval, and the financial reporting they provided was far from accurate—often riddled with discrepancies that raised serious red flags. i’ve dealt with really bad and scammy property management companies in new york, but monarch is by far the worst. they have been managing our new building for 3 years, and they didn’t just do the bare minimum, they led to the deterioration of almost every aspect of the building due to their neglect to manage the property, even though we collectively pay tens of thousands a month. we have just transitioned to another company and have found out that monarch didn’t pay internet bills for a FULL YEAR, leading to our intercom system going down. the only treadmill in our gym in a “luxury building”…

I live in a Monarch managed building in NYC & Mike (our PM) been wonderful! He is responsive and very positive. We moved into a new build less than a year ago & as big questions and concerns come up, he seems to be always around to answer. We also have a phenomenal resident manager who I assume is also Monarch & this building wouldn’t be the same without him.

I cannot stress how efficient this company has been. I had a major leak in my apartment today and Daniel had a plumber there within the hour and even followed up to make sure it was taken care of

I currently live in a building managed by Monarch Realty Group developed by Guy Peleg / Artlife Development. Our specific unit we purchased has had 4+ major leaks completely destroying the basement, our things, and causing potential hazardous mold. Monarch has done nothing in 3+ months of all the documented issues and messages that they need to rectify and are doing everything in their power to pass off responsibility or wait for us to pay for the damages / mold remediation ourselves. If you want to waste millions on a condo with poorly designed infrastructure, a management company that neglects its tenants, and lazy concierges then these are the people to help you experience exactly that at no additional cost. And if you’re looking to work with or for them, I highly advise against that.

Worst management company ever. These are the most incompetent, lazy and negligible management company. Was without heat for 4 months during the winter and they ghosted me the entire time. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

The amenities in our building are poorly maintained and it’s very difficult to get any repairs done. We’ve had an unresolved issue with the washer/dryer in our apartment and despite reporting the problem four months ago, the appliance remains unrepaired. Other repairs were eventually dealt with but it was a long process, and while I appreciate the efforts of the building superintendent it appears that Monarch’s Management policies may be hindering their ability to effectively address any problems. The apartment itself is great but for the amount in rent we pay these issues are unacceptable .

Worst management company in NYC! The AC in our building has been down for 5 days they continue to lie and do nothing. The elevators have also been a very big problem! They have had three separate building managers quit in 4 months, they instructed the doorman to enter several units with out permission from renters or owners, they have damaged several areas in the building by not using pressure washer correctly and refuse to answer emails other then with threat of retaliation etc STAY FAR A WAY from this company or any building using them as a management company. Completely unresponsive and full of empty promises. We live in a new building that is now falling apart due to neglect, and management will not address it. Health hazard: Mold and mildew present due to constant flooding (structural issue that needs to be fixed). Promised a furnished rooftop amenity, yet the roof remains unfurnished with broken lights and a broken door. High turnover of staff. Avoid them at all costs, they are very irresponsible and neglectful. Attaching images of mold and broken/ unfurnished roof for reference.

I live at a Moar h property in Niles, Ohio The management is exceptional Jenn and Arora are on top of everything. Maintenance Randy Kelly and Jason reply to maintenance issues quickly and repairs are done perfectly.
